- 1 / 5By manil manilI went through the drive thru, Granite Street Quincy,MA . I ordered an ice coffee. The person over the headset repeat my order back to me and asked me if I wanted sugar or cream. But I didn't totally understand her questions at once because of her accent and then I realized she didn't understand my answers as well because of my accent. When I got to the window it was the Hispanic-American manager on duty. She behaved very rude and even her co-worker apologized on behalf of her. It was obvious that she was extremely racist and dared to point that . Not the first bad experience with this place. Their chocolate glazed donuts are always stale...June 02, 2016
